Who Should Apply
We welcome applications from:
Accredited journalists from print, digital, TV, or radio outlets
Podcast hosts or producers with established shows
Writers of newsletters or blogs with an engaged following
Freelancers on assignment or with a demonstrated publication history
Content creators or social media reporters with relevant coverage experience
If you’re not sure you qualify, apply anyway and we’ll review each application individually.
Timeline
Applications due: August 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET
Decisions sent: Rolling basis, no later than August 9
Event dates: September 4 and 5, 2025 at the Salamander DC Hotel

Media Access Terms & Policies
By submitting this application for media credentials to Abundance 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility and Approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. All media credentials are granted at the sole discretion of the Abundance 2025 team.
Applicants must provide accurate and complete information, including recent work samples and estimated audience reach.
2. Credential Use
Approved credentials are non-transferable and intended only for the individual named in the application.
Media badges must be worn and visible at all times during the event.
Abundance 2025 reserves the right to revoke media access at any time for behavior deemed disruptive, unethical, or in violation of these terms.
3. Coverage Guidelines
Coverage must accurately represent the event and its participants.
You are welcome to record audio, take photos, and capture video in general session areas, unless otherwise noted.
You may not livestream extended portions of sessions that would substitute for watching in-person panels
Certain breakout sessions or speakers may be off-limits for recording or require pre-approval; you’ll be notified in advance.
4. Interviews and Speaker Access
Interview requests for keynote or featured speakers must be submitted in advance. We will accommodate as many requests as possible but cannot guarantee access.
On-site interviews may be facilitated by our press team and will be scheduled based on speaker availability.
5. Attribution and Use of Materials
Any use of the official Abundance 2025 name, logo, or branded materials must be used in accordance with provided guidelines.
High-resolution images, video clips, and press materials will be made available for approved use by accredited media only.
6. Respect for Attendees and Privacy
Please respect the privacy of attendees, especially during informal or personal moments.
Do not record or publish content that includes attendees without their knowledge or consent in non-public areas.
Respect any requests for anonymity from any attendees you interview
7. Publication Requirements
We may request copies or links to any coverage you produce.
Press pass holders are encouraged to share links or summaries of their work with our media team post-event.
8. Liability
Abundance 2025, its organizers, and venue partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred in connection with your attendance at the event.
