Jennifer Pahlka
CO-CHAIR
Jennifer Pahlka is a senior fellow at the Niskanen Center and the Federation of American Scientists, and a senior advisor to the Abundance Network. She served as deputy chief technology officer of the United States under President Obama and a member of the Defense Innovation Board under both Obama and Trump. Pahlka is the winner of a Skoll Award for Social Entrepreneurship. Ezra Klein called her book Recoding America “one of the best policy books I have ever read” and “the book I wish all policymakers would read.” She writes the substack Eating Policy.

Zach Graves
CO-CHAIR
Zach Graves is executive director at the Foundation for American Innovation, as well as an ex officio member of the board. Previously he was head of policy at FAI, and managed the policy team. His research and writing focuses on the intersection of technology and governance issues, including work to strengthen science and technology expertise and capacity in Congress. Before joining FAI, he was director of the R Street Institute's technology and innovation policy program. Prior to that, he worked at the Cato Institute as manager of new media.
He is currently a fellow at the National Security Institute at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School. He is a member of the Polaris Council, a science and technology advisory board for the Government Accountability Office. He is a member of the Commonwealth of Virginia's Artificial Intelligence Task Force. In addition, he is a board member of the Institute for Progress.
He holds an MA in aesthetics and politics from the California Institute of the Arts, and a BA in philosophy from the University of California at Davis.
Marshall Kosloff,
Emcee
Marshall Kosloff is the host of the Foundation for America Innovation's The Realignment podcast. He is also a Senior Fellow at the Niskanen Center and UT-Austin's Strauss Center for International Security and Law. Marshall is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at America's Frontier Fund, where he produces the Endless Frontier summit.

Thia Bonadies has spent 15 years producing high-level conferences, primarily in Bay Area tech and DC policy. With a background in communications and storytelling marketing, she curates platforms for thought leaders to innovate, explore new territory, and learn from each other. She currently serves on the Executive Team at the Breakthrough Institute as Director of Events & Special Projects.
